    • As the voice of brain injury, the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) works to improve the quality of life of people affected by brain injury across their lifespan through advancing prevention, awareness, research, treatment, education, and advocacy.
  • National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA)
    • The National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA) works diligently to fulfill its mission of empowering state governments and their partners to enhance collaboration and strengthen capabilities to address the needs of individuals with brain injuries and their support systems.
  • North American Brain Injury Society (NABIS)
    • Whether it is in the area of clinical care, research, policy or litigation, the North American Brain Injury Society (NABIS) stands behind the premise that advances in research and practices based on application of the scientific evidence will ultimately provide the best outcomes for those with brain injuries and the community as a whole.

    • BIAA’s National Conference and Awareness Day will bring together the brain injury community to inspire action, drive advocacy, celebrate achievements, and strengthen our collective impact through dynamic sessions, networking, and opportunities to advocate on Capitol Hill.
  • NASHIA – SEED Summit | March 10-12, 2026
    • NASHIA’s SEED Summit is an in-person event geared towards cultivating strategies to help state systems focus on the needs of those they serve through structured, interactive sessions and collaborative group work alongside expert presentations – equipping partners with practical tools and knowledge they can immediately apply in their work.
  • NABIS – 18th Annual Conference on Brain Injury: Advancing Evidence Informed Clinical Care, Rehabilitation Outcomes and Lifelong Living | March 11-13, 2026
    • This conference will be the premier educational event for multidisciplinary medical professionals involved in brain injury in 2026, featuring an internationally recognized faculty who will present on a broad range of topics relating to the development of effective treatment interventions and restoring persons with brain injury to optimal levels of functioning.
