We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration fee if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline of February 6, 2026. Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing info@nashia.org. Cancellations received on or before February 6, 2026, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 6, 2026.
Know someone who is interested in attending in your place? A $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person simply by emailing info@nashia.org. Substitutions may be made up until the registration deadline of February 6, 2026. Payment for substitutions must be made at the time of processing.
By registering, attendees, speakers, volunteers and staff grant NASHIA permission to use and duplicate photographs taken at the SEED SUMMIT. Participants release and discharge NASHIA from any cause of action whatsoever arising from the reproduction, distribution, or publication of these photographs for any purpose.
NASHIA values inclusion and access for all participants and are pleased to provide reasonable accommodations for this event where possible. Requests must be submitted by January 23, 2026. We will attempt to implement late requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.
