Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing conferences@biausa.org. Cancellations received on or before February 10, 2026, will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 10, 2026.

Accommodations:

The Brain Injury Association of America is committed to ensuring that all attendees can fully participate in the conference. We will provide reasonable accommodations upon request. Accommodation requests must be completed at the time of registration or submitted via email to conferences@biausa.org by January 15, 2026.
