DEFINITION
Poster Abstract Presenters will be presenters at the in-person meeting being held March 12-13, 2026. Presenters must complete the assigned tasks noted below. Presenters should be prepared to attend the in-person Poster Session(s) at the Conference during their respective time/date.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation

TRADITIONAL POSTER SESSION LOCATION & TIMING
Location: All Poster Sessions will take place in the Crystal Ballroom of the Hilton Arlington National Landing Hotel on the Plaza Level.
Timing: Please visit the interactive program to determine your respective poster session.
POSTER SESSIONS
Each presenter has been assigned a presentation session and received email communication. If you do not know your poster presentation session, please look for it in the program by clicking here.

Please note you are sharing a board with another presenter. Posters larger than the maximum size may be removed from the meeting.

TRADITIONAL POSTER SET UP/BREAK DOWN
Presenters are responsible for setting up their posters prior to each session at the designated times listed below.
All posters not removed will be discarded.

ELECTRONIC POSTER DETAILS
The electronic posters will be available for viewing by attendees at the start of the conference in March and for approximately 6 months after the meeting on the website. As a general guideline, please work to make your poster easy to read, using sharply contrasting text on your chosen background. Select a font and size that will be easily readable for the viewer.
