Biography

Danita Williams is a seasoned registered nurse licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania, with over 26 years of dedicated clinical practice experience. She holds an Associate of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management. Certified as a Case Manager (CCM) and recognized as a Medical-Disability Expert in Workers’ Compensation (MD-WCC), Danita has built her career on compassionate patient advocacy, evidence-based care, and unwavering ethical standards.

Throughout her tenure as a Catastrophic Network Manager at Paradigm Outcomes, Danita has specialized in coordinating care for injured workers with complex needs—ranging from burns and spinal cord injuries to traumatic brain injuries. Her expertise in developing and delivering outcome-driven treatment plans across multiple states has consistently resulted in superior clinical results, while working with a team of clinicians to collaborate on those efforts. She also brings deep interdisciplinary leadership from roles such as Long-Term Care Director of Nursing, Health Services Coordinator, Consulting Director of Nursing, and Community Care Coordinator.

Danita excels at forging strong collaborations among physicians, therapists, social workers, and support staff to ensure seamless transitions in patient care and communication amongst providers. She has implemented quality-improvement and utilization-review programs, led initiatives to optimize federal reimbursements, and designed comprehensive staff-education curricula. Her representation as Paradigm’s National Nurses Month Representative underscores her commitment to nursing excellence and lifelong learning.
