Biography
Elena Bradley, PT, DPT is a Board Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. She has 24 years of experience in clinical practice as well as in clinical and academic education. Clinically, Dr. Bradley primarily serves children, adolescents, and young adults with acquired brain injury and other neurodevelopmental disabilities in the Pediatric Comprehensive Neurorehabilitation Unit at Kennedy Krieger Institute. She also has clinical experience in the acute care, day rehab, hospital-based outpatient, and multidisciplinary clinic settings.
Dr. Bradley is currently the Manager of Clinical Training and Education of the physical therapy department at Kennedy Krieger Institute, and she is the program director of the Kennedy Krieger Institute Pediatric Residency Program. Nationally, Dr. Bradley serves as the Vice Chair of the APTA Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Special Interest Group, and she is a member of the APTA’s Post-Professional Education Council. Her current teaching opportunities include serving as a lab instructor at the University of Maryland Baltimore Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences, as well as an instructor in Kennedy Krieger Institute’s LEND program.
